Charmaine Clarice Relucio Pempengco (10 de mayo de 1992 en Cabúyao, Laguna), es una cantante y actriz filipina que ha vendido 15 millones de copias discográficas. Además ha tenido mucho éxito en varios países entre ellos como Corea del Sur, después en el Reino Unido, los Estados Unidos, Italia y Canadá.
Charice comenzó a cantar cuando tenía sólo 4 años. A la edad de 7, comenzó con concursos de canto para aficionados, desde fiestas en su provincia Laguna hasta competencias de televisión en su país.
