Four years of hard work!

This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

I've wanted the tabs to this song since I heard it, and I've finally worked them out!
They're not perfect, but they'll do.
In the video, Georgia Maq plays the 'fleshed out' versions of these chords (C as Cadd9, Em as Em7). Feel free
to do the same. Personally I think it makes it sound better.

FLESH AND ELECTRICITY
CAMP COPE (CAMP COPE, 2016)

[Intro]

G C D G C

[Verse]

G C
Each day I ride my bike to the hospital
G
Walk around check vital signs
C
And pretend to be useful
G
Sometimes though I really don't know
C
What I'm doing here
G C
My father says it's atonement for my reckless years
D Em C
Like the antagonist in that book
D Em C
For that class that I once took

[Chorus]

D Em C G
I've been desensitized to the human body
D Em
I could look at you naked
C G
And all I'd see would be anatomy
C G
You're just bones and insecurity
C G D
Flesh and electricity to me

Em C

[Verse]

G C
Each night I try to find that feeling in my bed
G
The two dimensional happiness
C
When you live your life through a camera lens
G C
People stick together and they pull themselves apart
G C
Dehydration, seperation, like the chambers of my heart
D Em C
Then the weight fell off like clothes
D Em C
Never knowing where it goes

[Chorus]

D Em C G
I've been desensitized to the human body
D G
I could look at you naked
C G
And all I'd see would be anatomy
C G
You're just bones and insecurity
C G D
Flesh and electricity to me

Em C

[Verse]

Em G C D
Tear labels off beer bottles in a living room
Em
Feeling nothing
G
Wanting nothing
C D
Because that part of me left with you
Em G C D
Now I plan my day around the 8 and 12 medication rounds
Em G
There are no shocks or surprises
C
No, it's nothing like that

[Chorus]

D Em C G
'Cause I've been desensitized to the human body
D Em
I could look at you naked
C G
And all I'd see would be anatomy
C G
You're just bones and insecurity
C G D
Flesh and electricity like me

G C D G
