Biography:
Blitzen Trapper is an experimental rock/folk sextet which formed in Portland, Oregon, United States in 2000. The band consists of Eric Earley (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Erik Menteer (guitar, keyboards), Marty Marquis (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Michael Van Pelt (bass), Drew Laughery (keyboards) and Brian Koch (drums, vocals).
In various combinations and guises, the group had already played a long time together before the "crystalization event" in July 2000 on the slopes of the famous volcano Mt.

I love Blitzen Trapper, and especially this song! Surprised to see that no chords were already posted, so
here goes. It's my first attempt at writing out chords... and it's pretty hard to make them out from the
album version, but you can kind of deduce what's going on from the bass line. Looking at live performances
confirms what I guessed, I think. It's pretty straightforward: an intro and a single progression are all you
need to learn.
Unfortunately the lyrics are definitely wrong in places. I just grabbed what's been posted online and tried
to correct what I could. Feel free to post lyrics corrections in the comments.
