Jasmine van den Bogaerde mejor conocida como Birdy (Lymington, 15 de mayo de 1996) es una cantante inglesa. Ganó una concurso de talentos en 2008 con 12 años. Su versión de la canción "Skinny Love" de Bon Iver fue lanzada en enero de 2011. Su álbum debut Birdy fue publicado el 7 de noviembre de 2011.
Nació el 15 de mayo de 1996, en Lymington, Inglaterra. Su madre es pianista. Birdy aprendió a tocar el piano a los 5 años y a los 7 comenzó a componer.

I haven't gotten around to figuring out the plucking used in the intro and the first
two lines of the last chorus but the verses goes like this:
