Biography:

America is a soft rock band, most popular in the early and mid 1970s and now best known for their #1 hits "A Horse With No Name" and "Sister Golden Hair." verse 1:

Gmaj7
Sometimes late
D7sus4
When things are real
Gmaj7
And the people share the gift of gab
D7sus4
Between themselves
Gmaj7
Some are quick
D7sus4
To take the bait
Gmaj7
And the catch the perfect prize
D7sus4
That waits among the shells

Cmaj7 Gmaj7
But Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man
Cmaj7 Gmaj7
That he didn't, didn't already have
Cmaj7 Gmaj7
And Cause never was the reason for the evening
Cmaj7 Gmaj7
Or the tropic of Sir Galahad

D11
So please
D
Believe in me

Gmaj7
When I say I'm spinning round, round, round, round
D7sus4
Smoke glass stain'd bright colors
Gmaj7
Image going down, down, down, down
D7sus4 Gmaj7 D7sus4 Gmaj7 D7sus4
Soapsud green like bubbles oooh...................

Cmaj7 Gmaj7
But Oz never did give nothing to the Tin Man
Cmaj7 Gmaj7
