The War on Drugs is an American indie rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Band member Adam Granduciel (born Adam Granofsky in Dover, Massachusetts) moved from Oakland, California to Philadelphia in 2003, where he met Kurt Vile and began playing music with him. D Em
Run away I'm a travellin' man

They tried to redefine
D Em
Everything that I know and love
D Em
Gotta know you're mine

[Break]
Yeah

Can I be more than just a fool

Just wanna lay in the moonlight

It never gets too dark to find
D Em
Anybody at anytime
