Born in Mississippi and raised in Niceville, FL. He is a YouTube comedian with more than 1,000,000 subscribers, whose videos have been viewed over 90 million times. Most recently, he has hosted an online show for MTV and LTA. In 2009, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career. Toby is known on YouTube as Tobuscus, and is popular for his daily "Lazy Vlogs". He also hosts the popular "Cute, Win, Fail", which features funny viral videos, which he gives the title of Cute, Win, or a Fail.
