The Wave Pictures - Spaghetti

fast, slightly palm-muted fingerpicking

Intro

Am Dm Em Dm
Am Dm Em

Verse (for each line)

Am Dm Em Dm
Am Dm Em

I kicked and you doggypaddled
and together we made one whole swimming machine
later on with salt on our skin
we shared a tin of kidney beans

F C
wild hair tumbling from the centre of your skull like spaghetti
G
I knew then that you'd never forget me
Am
I knew then that you'd never forget me
F C
wild hair tumbling from the centre of your skull like spaghetti
G
I knew then that you'd never forget me
Am Dm Em Dm Am Dm Em
I knew then that you'd never

a small hair sticking, clicking in my throat
we throw our bodies over the side of the boat
you must know i'm stuck on you,
stuck as if with airplane glue

wild hair tumbling from the centre of your skull like spaghetti
I knew then that you'd never forget me
I knew then that you'd never forget me
wild hair tumbling from the centre of your skull like spaghetti
I knew then that you'd never forget me
I knew then that you'd never

wild hair tumbling from the centre of your skull like spaghetti
I knew then that you'd never forget me
I knew then that you'd never forget me
wild hair tumbling from the centre of your skull like spaghetti
I knew then that you'd never forget me
I knew then that you'd never
