VERSE 1:
Dm A7 F
When I was a little boy I used to wonder
Gm Bb F A
Just how old you'd have to be to feel good
Dm A7 F
Now I've seen a thousand girls but I still wonder
Gm Bb
Cause they just don't make sense to me
F E
God knows I've tried

BRIDGE 1:

G F
I've still got none Got nothing at all

C
And so I fall into the open
G F
Just singing out your name
G
And when I'm done crashed and maimed
F E
I hope that's where you'll find me oh

Dm A7 F
You know that if it's up to me I'll still be holding
Gm Bb
My own hand the day I die
F E
So please release me now

I've tried to be the mean mysterious one

F
I hope that's where you'll find me

VERSE 3:
Dm F
And it's a good day for being found
C G
Just crawling in the dirt with my head underground
Dm F
And it's a good day for you to come
C G
Collecting all the pieces of the damage done

And after all the bandages are gone
Dm F

Cause I've got none
