Biography:
CHOCOLATE HAIR se formó en 1969 en Denver por los supervivientes de MOONRAKERS, quienes hicieron un sólo disco en 1968. Tras un contrato con la etiqueta Liberty, quienes pensaban que el nombre del grupo podría acarrear implicaciones raciales, cambiaron de nombre a SUGARLOAF.
En 1970 grabaron su primer disco, epónimo, que traía la canción Green-Eyed Lady, misma que se convirtió en un éxito en poco tiempo y en clásico del rock de los '70.
