Sasha Pieterse (born February 17, 1996) is a South African actress and singer. She is known for her role as Alison DiLaurentis on ABC Family's TV series Pretty Little Liars.
Sasha Pieterse was born in Johannesburg, South Africa on February 17, 1996 then she emigrated over to the United States when she was 3 years old where she was raised in Las Vegas before moving to Los Angeles. Pieterse grew up around show business. Her parents were both professional dance partners who performed all over the world
