O Pussycat foi uma banda holandesa criada em 1975 por Theo Wetzels, Betty Dragstra, John Theunissen, Theo Coumans, Marianna Hensen, Lou Wille e Tonny Wille que havia gravado um disco solo no ano de 1973 com o pseudômino "Sally Lane" e ganho o prêmio de melhor vóz feminina daquele ano. As três irmãs vocalistas trabalhavam como telefonistas na cidade de Limburg e John Theunissem, Theo Wetzels e Theo Coumans tocavam em uma banda de nome "Scum" e Lou Wille participava de um Grupo chamado "Ricky Rendall".
