Biography:
Nació el 7 de marzo de 1946 en NY USA. Líder vocalista del grupo J. Geils Band, en 1983 deja la banda y produce el sueño de su vida: un album como solista en 1984 'Lights Out', de donde tuvo un gran éxito el sencillo del mismo nombre, el cual originalmente se llamaba 'Dancing in the dark' pero le cambió el nombre para no confundir con el entonces exito de Bruce Springsteen. Estuvo casado con Faye Dunaway. Ha producido seis albumes como solista. En 1999 regresó con J. Geils Band pero volvió a separarse en 2001.
