Namie Amuro ( ?, Amuro Namie, nacida el 20 de Septiembre, 1977 en Naha, Okinawa) es una cantante, bailarina, y previamente estrella (actriz/cantante) infantil, quien, debido al peso de su popularidad era referida como la "Reina Adolescente de Japón" y la "Reina de la Música J-pop".[1] [2]
Amuro debutó a la edad de catorce en un grupo de chicas llamado Super Monkey's. Aunque no tuvieron mucho éxito, el grupo ganó popularidad en su último año con el sencillo "Try Me ~Watashi o Shinjite~" (1995).
