The Franklin Electric

This Is How I Let You Down

by The Franklin Electric
The Franklin Electric

Biography:

In 2010 Jon Matte overheard a story about a man getting fired by an old power company called Franklin Electric. After hearing the conversation, I laughed and said thats awesome, and has to be the name of the band” says the singer-writer of The Franklin Electric.

Comprised of Jon Matte (vocals, piano and trumpet), Kevin Warren (drums), and Jean-Sebastien Leblanc (guitar), the Montreal-based trio is vocal oriented, well-versed in a variety of rock-folk genres, and inspired by ambient guitar textures and brass.
