Biography:

Slade (glam rock - hard rock) es una de las bandas de rock más aclamadas de la década de los 70 en Inglaterra, formada por Noddy Holder (voz, guitarra) , Jim Lea (bajo, teclados, voz), Dave Hill (guitarra, voz) y Don Powell (bateria).

Entre los años 1971 y 1974 colocaron 12 canciones entre las 5 primeras de las listas británicas, siendo 6 de ellas número 1.

Con la llegada del punk y la 'nueva ola' Slade se vieron relegados a un segundo plano
