[Verse 1]
C G Am Em
To Your knees You fell, in Gethsemane alone
C G Am Em
Weak and overhwhelmed, yet cried ‘not my will but Yours’

[Verse 2]
C G Am Em
Twisted crown of thorns, You were crucified and cursed
C G Am Em
Drank the cup in full, bore the horrors I deserved

[Pre chorus]
C D
This saving blood is life to me
Em Am
This perfect love paid everything

[Chorus]
C Em
All of my failings Jesus has taken
G D
With open arms at Calvary
C Em
Oh what a Saviour! Sing hallelujah!
G D
With open arms I stand in awe

[Verse 3]
C G Am Em
All my shameful thoughts, foolish choices that I’ve made
C G Am Em
Were hammered to that cross, You said ‘I will take the blame’

[Verse 4]
C G Am G
Sing aloud my soul, for my hope is in this Man
C G/B Am G
Death has been destroyed and eternity is mine!

[Chorus]
