Capo I

G
snow deer mine, Moon's a-shine, through the pines
D7
While Mohawks sleep, Let us creep, through the vale
G
Your cowboy lover, your heart will cover
G
Don't hesitate, it is late, ponies wait
D7
For you and me by the trees in the dale
G
Hear tom-toms beating, let's hit the trail

C G
My pretty snow deer, say you will go, dear
D7
From your side, I'll never part
G
Every trail leads to your heart
C G
It's time to marry, no time to tarry
D D7 G
Let me carry you from here my sweet snow deer

G
The red men come, Bullets hum, there'll be some
D7
Left on the trail, I can't fail, cling to me
G
We'll crown the story with love and glory
G
Now, after all, must I fall, hear my call
D7
And fly away while we may, can't you see?
G
Those ranch lights gleaming, safe there we'll be

C G
My pretty snow deer, say you will go, dear
D7
From your side, I'll never part
G
Every trail leads to your heart
C G
It's time to marry, no time to tarry
D D7 G
Let me carry you from here my sweet snow deer

C G
My pretty snow deer, say you will go, dear
D7
From your side, I'll never part
G
Every trail leads to your heart
C G
It's time to marry, no time to tarry
D D7 G
Let me carry you from here my sweet snow deer
