Bajo el nombre de TULSA se esconde el universo de Miren Iza , una guipuzcoana ( Hondarribia, 1980) que comenzó a dar sus primeros pasos en el mundo de la música con el grupo de riot girrls “Electrobikinis” .Punk-rock y surf cantado en inglés .
