Four years of hard work!

This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!

This is a great, overlooked Zombies song. It is one of the few written by Chris White (rather than Rod Argent)
to be based around a rather beautiful, baroque piano figure. However, these guitar chords and the small
embellishments noted by * at the end of the verse and chorus patterns sound pretty good.

Intro/Instrumental verse: G E F Dsus4 D Dsus2 D Dsus4 D Dsus2 D G

G (hold)

Verse 1:
G
Though you and I would dance and laugh and play
E
Walk in the light of day and talk the night away
F
Could you see, baby you understood then
Dsus4 D Dsus2 D Dsus4 D Dsus2 D *Dsus4 (xx0233) D (xx0323) Dsus2 (xx0230)*
That I loved you, how I loved you

Verse 2:
G
I couldn't chance to break the spell we had
E
The happy times we had and yet the times were sad
F
Just for me, baby you understood then
Dsus4 D Dsus2 D Dsus4 D Dsus2 D G
I was afraid to try to call you mine

Chorus:
G Em
But now you've come to me (I'll call you mine)
Em C C7 *Or just play C7*
You've brought your love to me (I'll call you mine) *Backing vocals hold this over the next line*
C7 D D7 G Gmaj7 G *Play as: G(320003) Gmaj7(320002) G(320033)*
You'll never look away or ever hear me say (I'll call you mine)

But now you've come to me (I'll call you mine)
You've brought your love to me(I'll call you mine)
You'll never look away or ever hear me say (I'll call you mine)

[Instrumental verse]

Verse 2:
I couldn't chance to break the spell we had
The happy times we had snd yet the times were sad
Just for me, baby you understood then
I was afraid to try to call you mine

But now you've come to me (I'll call you mine)
You've brought your love to me (I'll call you mine)
You'll never look away or ever hear me say (I'll call you mine)

[Instrumental outro verse - end on G]
