Verse 1:

Bb Bb
Close the door, light the light,
Eb Bb
We're staying home tonight,
Dm Gm Eb F
Far away from the bustle and the bright city lights.
Bb D7
Let them all fade away,
Eb Bb
Just leave us alone,
Dm Eb F Bb Eb Bb
And we'll live in a world of our own.

F Bb Eb
We'll build a world of our own
F Bb
That no-one else can share;
Gm C7 F
All our sorrows we'll leave far behind us there,
Bb D7
And I know you will find
Eb Bb
There'll be peace of mind
Dm Eb F Bb Eb Bb Eb Bb Eb F
When we live in a world of our own.

Verse 2:

Bb Bb
Oh my love, oh my love,
Eb Bb
I cried for you so much,

Bb D7
Now your lips can erase
Eb Bb
The heartache I've known,
Dm Eb F Bb Eb Bb
Come with me to a world of our own.

Chorus:

Bb Eb
We'll build a world of our own
F Bb
That no-one else can share;
Gm C7 F
All our sorrows we'll leave far behind us there,
Bb D7
And I know you will find

There'll be peace of mind
Dm Eb F Bb Eb F
When we live in a world of our own.
