Jason Roy é o cantor e compositor e vocalista da banda Building 429.
Jason nasceu e foi criado no Texas.
Aos 5 anos de idade, seus pais se separaram, deixando ele viajar aos Estados com sua mãe e padrasto. ele cresceu sem saber quem era seu pai, e quando chegou a hora de Jason viver por conta própria, ele se mudou para o Texas para descobrir quem seu pai realmente era.
O que Jason descobriu o surpreendeu.
A vida de seu pai era um total abuso de drogas e álcool.
