Biography:
Dear Evan Hansen is nothing short of a Broadway sensation. With music and lyrics written by Benji Pasek and Justin Paul and book written by Stephen Levenson, the still-running 2015 musical tells the story of a lonely young man, the epnonymous Evan Hansen (played by Ben Platt until November 2017) tells a viral lie that escalates to crippling heights and serves as a commentary on our social media obsessed culture and tendency to selfishly wear other people's tragedies.

So a student of mine wanted to perform this at an upcoming recital and I could find a version that worked well
for a simple performance. I spent time trying to get some playable chords and line them up with the lyrics.
Make sure to CAPO 2 to match with the recording. For performance you could just play the final chorus without
the key change to avoid bar chords etc...
