Aztec Camera

Biography:

Founding members included Campbell Owens (bass) and Dave Mulholland (drums). Ex-Bluebells bassist Craig Gannon was a member from 1983 through 1985, before joining The Smiths. Guitarist Malcolm Ross (formerly of Josef K and Orange Juice) also joined in 1983, and appeared on the Knife album.

[Verse]
C
Somewhere in the city where the air is still
A baby being born in the overkill

Who cares what people say
Walk down loves motorway

Ambition and love wearing boxing gloves
And singing hearts and flowers
F
(but) somewhere in my heart
E
There is a star that shines for you

Silver splits the blue

Love will see it through
F
And somewhere in my heart
E
There is the will to set you free
F Fm C
All you've got to be is true

[Verse]

A star above the city in the northern chill
A baby being born to the overkill

There is a star that shines for you
