Amy Hartzler, nacida como Amy Lynn Lee el 13 de diciembre de 1981 en Riverside, California y mejor conocida como Amy Lee, es una cantautora con registro de mezzosoprano y pianista estadounidense. Co-fundadora y vocalista de la banda de rock alternativo/ Metal Alternativo/ Evanescence.
Amy Lee fundó la banda junto a Ben Moody en 1998. Ambos se conocieron en un campamento para jóvenes luego de que Ben la escuchó tocando I'd Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That) de Meat Loaf en el piano.
