[Intro]
C C Am C

C
Baby drive down by the lake, you know that old back road
Am
The one that leads right straight to our old hideout cove
G Am C C G
Need to drown out this old world, and turn on the radio and dance

C
We'll wade up to our ankles in that old muddy water
Am
I'll let you twirl me around to some old late night rocker
G G C
All the crickets will be singing, turn on the radio and dance

[Chorus]
Bb C
Turn on the radio and dance
Bb Am G
Turn on the radio and dance
Am
Baby, all I wanna do is, take off these old shoes
G C
Turn on the radio and dance

C
Maybe we'll call up that DJ, see if he'll play our song
Am
We'll wait until he does it, we'll stay there all night long
G Am
Long as I'm there with you, I can hardly wait to

[Chorus]
Bb C
Turn on the radio and dance
Bb Am G
Turn on the radio and dance
Am
Baby, all I wanna do is, take off these old shoes
G C
Turn on the radio and dance

[Inst]
Bb C Bb Am

C
Baby drive down by the lake, you know that old back road
