Biography:
Karen O and the Kids was the name of the ensemble brought together by Korean-born American musician Karen O (singer with Yeah Yeah Yeahs) for the soundtrack of the Oscar-nominated movie Where the Wild Things Are directed by Spike Jonze. For the soundtrack, friends and fellow musicians were enlisted, including Tristan Bechet (Services), Tom Biller (co-producer with Karen O and member of The Afternoons), Bradford Cox (Deerhunter), Brian Chase (Yeah Yeah Yeahs)
