Intro: A F#m D E
A F#m D E# E

A F#m D E
My foot's asleep and so is my brain.
A F#m D E
If I'm in pain then I don't feel it, my face should reveal it.
A F#m D E
I am grinning as they're cutting me in half,
A F#m D E# E
and all I can do is laugh.

**slower**
F#m A E
I am cold unfeeling and odd and you should thank god
E# G A
That we are on separate sides of the state.
E
Hope you're okay
F
At least I gave you something to hate

**resume tempo**
A F#m D E
I am frantically flailing, woozy inhaling
A F#m D E
these fumes that don't put me to sleep.
A F#m D E
Taking drugs that wont cure me, so I'll just stay pure please
A F#m D E# E
relinquish those secrets you keep

**slower**
F#m A E
I am cold unfeeling and odd and you should thank god
E# G A
That we are on separate sides of the state.
E
Hope you're okay
F
At least I gave you something to hate
