Hello! Here are the chords for 'In April' from the film 'Song One' sung by Johnny Flynn
and written by Jenny Lewis, wasn't too hard to work out but please tell me if I have made
a mistake!

Standard Tuning // Capo 4th Fret

The hammer on's in this song go as follows:
G C D
E|--------------------0h2--|
B|-----------1--------3----|
G|--0--------0--------2----|
D|--0--------0h2------0----|
A|--0h2------3-------------|
E|--3----------------------|

With a strumming pattern of, UP DOWN PAUSE MUTE (down strum mute), (with the hammer-on also on the 'DOWN' strum)
Repeat this in the verses.
A simpler strum in the chorus of which you'll just have to work out but with no hammer on's.
