[Verse]
A Bm
Most the time it’s the rat race, on the road to find my face
G A
I will always lose the mask, tell the band to cart it back
D Bm
Coming up from landscape lows, coming home in dirty clothes
G A
Pockets full of empty change, I will always rearrange them

[Chorus]
Bm G
There’s a hornets’ nest in my, head
D F#
What am I supposed to do?, how am I to carry you?
Bm G
Disappointment longs in my, heart
D F# G A A#
Just to plant another seed, I will find a way to feed them

[Verse]
A Bm
I rehearse this on the plane, hydroplane in mourning rain
G A
Barely fill your lights butane, little sparks but fire’s wane
D Bm
Most the time I’m a burnout, juggling life from hand to mouth
G A
I enact a show for you, try will let it go for you

[Instrumental]
A

[Chorus]
Bm G
And the question burns thru my, head
D F#
What am I supposed to do? How am I to carry them thru?
Bm G
It’s puzzle missing it’s, parts
D F# G A A#
Half of life that seems short lived, Maybe all that I can give them

[Verse]
A Bm
Coming up from landscape lows, coming home in shoddy clothes
G A F# E
I will simply have to change, I will always rearrange my face

[Outro]
D Bm
Mmm Gun it, no don’t
G A F# E
Gun it, no don’t, Gun it, no don’t
D Bm
Mmm Gun it, no don’t
G A F# E
Gun it, no don’t, Gun it, no don’t
