Regular Days

::Intro::
D - Bm - G - D

::Verse #1::
A G D
Up all night and you come here barely alive
A G D
Move on in real close and just let me drive
Bm A G D
Outside the window the sun’s gone down
Bm A G D
Night so calm not a soul around
Bm A G
We’ve got reason to fly away

Even if ends up being for a single day

::Interlude::
D - Bm - G - D

::Verse #2::
A G D
You just sleep, don’t worry we’ll get there soon
A G D
I’ll turn off the dashboard lights and follow the moon
Bm A G D
Got some money and a case of wine
Bm A G D
I brought you clothes and I hope they’re fine
Bm A G
Nighttime’s a mystery we need to explore

Lying in a bed of a suite that we can barely afford

::Chorus::
D Bm F#m A
I know it always seems to come to this
D Bm F#m A
You and me making up for the time we miss
G D Em
But I can feel all our worries fading away
G D A
What can I say, for us there’s no regular days
D
No regular days

::Solo::
A - G - D
A - G - D
Bm - A - G - D
Bm - A - G - D
Bm - A - G

::Verse #3::
A G D
The day that we first met you were very young
A G D
So when I climbed up into your room you were pretty stunned
Bm A G D
You said it’s fun but your head was clear
Bm A G D
Things like this never last all year
Bm A G
Sure seems funny as time goes on

Guess you read the future, but honey you just read it wrong

::Chorus::
D Bm F#m A
I know it always seems to come to this
D Bm F#m A
You and me making up for the time we miss
G D Em
But I can feel all our worries fading away
G D A
What can I say, for us there’s no regular days
D
No regular days

::Outro::
D Bm F#m A
I know it always seems to come to this
D Bm F#m A
I know it always seems to come to this, no regular days
D Bm F#m A
I know it always seems to come to this
D Bm F#m A
I know it always seems to come to this

G - D - Em
