One of the most distinguished female vocalists in recent music history, her fan base has grown so large and devoted that media in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China often place the title tianhòu (??, literally meaning Queen of All Under the Sky) before her name, while Japanese fans call her "Diva of Asia".
