Biography:
Caroline Smith is a singer-songwriter from Minneapolis, Minnesota who started recording and performing at age 15, opening for B.B. King. Her unique voice and stripped-down acoustic styling are often accompanied by The Good Night Sleeps: Arlen Peiffer and Jesse Schuster.
Caroline's musical influences include Ben Gibbard, Feist, Patti Smith, The Velvet Underground, Sufjan Stevens, Joanna Newsom, and Dr. Dre. These influences are made evident by her minimal acoustic ballads with a pinch of alt-country blues.
