Lately you seem like another language

And you know how they say
Em
The past is a foreign country
G
How can we go there
D
How can we go where we once went

Chorus:
A G D Dsus4
Have I been standing here for so long
A G D Dsus4
Natura's found a way of telling you that it was going wrong

Verse 2:
Just play D with loads of effects:
So which way
Do I go to get out of here
Avoiding land mines, and all the other stuff round here
Replacing Hercules with the heroic sounds of Formby
Remove the tunics touch, stood aside from the putch
Stood aside from history

Middle 8:
D, D/A, D/G, D/F#

Verse 3:
D Em
Through the Kategaat, maybe Outer Java
G D
Oh did you wonder if these days will stay true
D Em
All through the years, all through the dead scenes
G D
All through the memories, across the memories, melodies, melodies

Verse 4:
D
Do you like my megalithic rock?
D/A
Do you like my prehistoric Rock?
D/G
Do you like my teutonic Rock?
D/F#
Do you like my hygienic rock?
D
Do you like my sterile rock?
D/A
Do you like my Megalithic Rock?

Yeah!
