He's no hero - Brian McFadden

Tabbed by Peviz

CAPO on 3rd fret

Em Em
It’s another 6 am as he stumbles in again
D C
And my mother cries don’t wake the children
Em
Through the tears I can hear him say
Em
Didn’t have much luck today
D C
But he really knows he just threw it away
C
He finds the answers at the bottom of a bottle
Em
And his life is always fully on the throttle
C
And he’s slowly turning out just like his father
D
And he knows

G D
That he’s no hero
Em C
But he’s doing what he can
G D C
Trying to make me a better man
G D
And he’s no hero
Em C
But he made me what I am
G D C Em
Stopped me from becoming another you

Em
Daddy couldn’t save himself
Em
No one ever cared to help
D
And he looked at me
C
as what he could have been
Em
Now I know what I’ve got to be
Em
Everything to make him proud of me
D C
With my second chance that he never had
C
Cause his dreams are at the bottom of his bottle
Em
And he’s never gonna be who he oughta
C
And he’s just a living image of his father
D
And he knows

G D
That he’s no hero
Em C
But he’s doing what he can
G D C
Trying to make me a better man
G D
And he’s no hero
Em C
But he made me what I am
G D C Em
Stopped me from becoming another you

D C
The dead-end road on which I’m runnin’
Em
It’s like he already knew
D C
He lived the pain that would be comin’

And I’m proud to say that he is my father
D
And it’s ok

G D
That he’s no hero
Em C
But he’s doing what he can
G D C
Trying to make me a better man
G D
But he’s no hero
Em C
But he made me what I am
G D C
Stopped me from becoming
G D C
Stopped me from becoming
G D C
Stopped me from becoming

Em
Another you
D (I like to alter with D here in the end)
Another you
Em
Another you
D
Another you
Em
Another you (fade)

Enjoy! Work's good with just an acoustic.

- Even
