Brett Dennen's songs are awesome! I especially like this one, how Brett plays it
I've no clue but this version is good to my ear.

C
after all these tears have dried
G C
these knots are gonna come untied
C
and when I climb down from this tree
G C
to walk on land will be so heavenly
C
and if I don't know what to do
G C
oh, I swear that I won't follow any of you

F Dm G
because all thats wanted by us
C
to lay our tracks in the settling dust
F Dm G
all that's wanted by us
C
mhmm, is the glorious

Dm G
and I've been loved inside a heart for years
C
and I'm breaking out
Am
I'm busting rims
Dm G
and I've been led blindly through the light of day
(F?) C
I know now that none of you fools know the way
F G C
none of you fools know the way

C
when my words are rehearsed and clear
G C
may I speak loud enough for everyone to hear
C
and when my arrow flies straight and true
G C
may it pierce the clouds and soar through on through
C
and when I gain the strength to make a bound
G C
may I drift above and sail away from this cold wet ground

F Dm G
because all thats wanted by us
C
to lay our tracks in the settling dust
F Dm G
all that's wanted by us
C
mhmm, is the glorious

Dm G
and I've been loved inside a heart for years
C
and I'm breaking out
Am
I'm busting rims
Dm G
it's time for me to go off on my own
(F?) C
you can tell them that this child has grown
F G C
tell them that this child has grown
