Andrew Ivan Bell (Peterborough, Inglaterra; 25 de abril de 1964) es el cantante del dúo de Synth Pop británico Erasure.
Reclutado inicialmente como "el vocalista de Vince Clarke", Andy Bell acudió al anuncio debido a que era un fan de la trayectoria previa del tecladista con Depeche Mode y Yazoo. Clarke por su parte lo escogió por su voz pues era exactamente lo que él buscaba. Así, para Andy Bell era un sueño cumplido, mientras que Clarke como en sus anteriores proyectos preveía poca duración del dueto
