Alex Giannascoli---whose stage name is "Alex G" and was temporarily "(Sandy) Alex G"---is a multi-instrumentalist from Philadelphia that has studied at Temple University, serving as a member of The Skin Cells. I noticed another tab on here but I didn't think it was quite right so I thought I would take a crack at it.
I think it's these four main chords:
F/C G/D E/B D/A (open)

When dropping to the D/A (open) chord I recommend playing down a half step quickly after the F/C chord.

Then, when switching between the D/A and E/B chord part I also recommend playing the half step quickly.
I'm 90% positive I remember seeing him play it like this live.

I usually only play the 6th string (Low D) when playing them.
I tried and match the each chord with the lyrical timing but if you listen to the song you'll probably get it.
