A Thousand Horses

Heaven Is Close

by A Thousand Horses
A Thousand Horses

Biography:

Frontman Michael Hobby (23) and lead guitarist Bill Satcher (22), the co-founders and creative conspirators of A Thousand Horses, have been crafting rock music infused with traditional American flavors of the southeastern US for over half a decade. A Thousand Horses blends blues, R and B, and good old slashing guitars, bass & drums in an elixir that comes out tasting of Small Faces and “Exile”-era Rolling Stones.

The two became good friends after meeting in a local music store back in 2003 in their hometown of Newberry, SC.
