Last night I had the strangest dream I
A B7 E
ever dreamed before
B
I dreamed the world had
G# C#m A B7 E
all agreed to put an end to war
A E
I dreamed I saw a mighty room
A E
the room was filled with men
B
And the paper they were
G# C#m A B7 E
signing said they'd never fight again

And when the papers all were signed
A B7 E
and a million copies made
B G# C#m
They all joined hands and bowed their heads
A B E
and greatful prayers were prayed
A E
And the people in the streets below
A B7 E
were dancing round and round
B G# C#m
And Guns and swords and uniforms
A B7 E
were scattered on the ground

Last night I had the strangest dream I

I dreamed the world had
