So simple but so great.
It sounds more closer to original if you will play only 4 bass strings
Bridge possibly not 100% correct
Strumming: It will sound cool if you play always simple down/up with some various.
Chorus is played always down as original, but down/up also nice.

[Verse 1]:
G
Watch winter melt away
Em
Look for longer days the sun comes out
Come up from underground
G
Stop covering your eyes
Em
Wasting precious time on yesterdays
It’s written on your face
C
But you’ve got time
G
You’ve got time

[Chorus 1]:
Em
Change comes for you
G C
Even if you’re hiding out
Em
So wake to this truth
G C
And maybe you’ll believe me now

riff from intro (x1)

[Verse 2]:
G
Whatever lies ahead
Em
The things that we have said will slowly fade
Nothing can remain
G
Feel darkness and the light
Em
Wrestle in your mind you know it’s there
It’s always been right there
C
And you’ve got time
G
You’ve still got time

[Chorus 2]:
Em
Change comes for you
G C
Even if you’re hiding out
Em
So wake to this truth
G C
And maybe you’ll believe me now
Em
No safety in illusions
G C
Of a place where you belonged
Em
So take hold of me
G C
And hang on 'til the hurt is gone

Em C Em
The hurt is gone
C Em G C
Yeah it’s gone
