If you want to get fancy and emulate most of the instruments playing during the F/C - Dm7 sections:

e|-----------------------------------------------------|
B|-----------1--------1--------------1--------1--------|
G|--2--------0--------2--------------0--------2--------|
D|--------------------------3--------------------------|
A|--3--3--3--3--3--3--3--3--5--5--5--5--5--5--5--5-----|
E|-----------------------------------------------------|

Quite awkward and painful during Dm7, but hey, you're playing like 3 parts at once.
