Biography:
Creados en Birmingham en 1972 por el que fuera el carismático lider de la banda mod The Move en la segunda mitad de los 60's y co-fundador junto a Bev-Bevan y Jeff Lynne (ex compañeros también de The Move) de la Electric Light Orchestra, Roy Wood.
Tras el lanzamiento del primer álbum de la E.L.O. Roy Wood abandona el proyecto para fundar Wizzard, glam rock 70's a caballo entre el rock and roll de los 50's y el muro de sonido tan característico en las producciones de Phil Spector.
