Wakami Wailers

Waltz With The Woods

by Wakami Wailers
Wakami Wailers

Biography:

The Wakami Wailers consist of Mike Bernier, Jeff Allen, Mark Despault, and Rob Hollett. They have been performing their unique brand of cultural interpretation for over 20 years, ever since they got their start in 1981 when they were all working at Wakami Lake Provincial Park. Through their music, humour, and stories, they transport audiences back to simpler times, when Canada was a young developing country for the most part, occupied by trappers, miners, settlers, and lumberjacks.
