Twiztid é um duo de Horrorcore , formado por Jamie Spianolo (Jamie Madrox) e Paul Methric (Monoxide), que antes eram do trio de hip hop House of Krazees.
Os dois mandaram uma fita demo para um membro do Insane Clown Posse: Joseph Bruce (Violent J). A fita continha as faixas 2nd Hand Smoke, Diemuthafuckadie e How Does It Feel?. Joseph Bruce ficou impressionado e os chamou para tocar no The House of Horrors Tour , mais tarde chamando-os para a Psychopathic Records.
