Song: Times Like These
Album: This Is Blue

Verse

G
Let me tell you one thing now
B7
This storm is getting crazy baby tell me how
C G
To cool my, cool my engines down

G
Well I know I've got two eyes
B7
But the way I'm seeing things now I could be blind
C G
The answer, well I just haven't found

Chorus

C
Well it's times like these that you call in sick
Am
The forest fire is just to thick
G G/B Em
But it's alright, it's alright, it's alright
C
Because times two hands well they move on
D
Rescue me and lift me lord
G
It's alright

Verse

G
I got a home but I feel homeless
B7
I beg your pardon darling. Can you take a guess?
C G
I guess it’s meant to be
G
Getting pulled from side to side
B7
There is no place to run and there is no where to hide
C G
I’m drowning baby please

Chorus

C
Well it’s times like these that you just skip town
Am
Change your name and never come back around
G G/B Em
But it’s alright, it's alright, it's alright
C
Because life’s sweet seconds pass on by
Am
And when it’s all said and done, you’re still alive
G G/B Em
It’s alright, it's alright, it's alright
C
Because time’s two hands well they move on
D
Rescue me and lift me lord
Am C Am C Am D
It’s alright, it's alright, yeah it's alright

G G G G
Oooohhhhhh

Last Chorus
Am G Am G Am D G
Yeah it's alright, yeah it's alright, it's alright
