First Riot - Tracey Curtis

[Intro]
D G A

D G A
If I could turn the clocks back to simple days
D G
When I felt young and life was fun
A
I know I'll never feel the same

Em A D G
I used to believe if you were good you'd be alright
Em A D G
I used to believe those in the wrong would lose the fight
Em A D G
I used to believe if you were good you'd go to heaven when you died

D G A
Everything that I was told I took their word
D G
That's the law's there to protect us
A
And not to stop us being heard

Em A D G
I used to believe if you were good you'd be alright
Em A D G
I used to believe those in the wrong would lose the fight
Em A D G
I used to believe if you were good you'd go to heaven when you died

Bm G A
But I'm glad I've changed and it's just the start
Bm G
They might break my bones
A
But they'll never break my heart

Em A D G
I used to believe if you were good you'd be alright
Em A D G
I used to believe those in the wrong would lose the fight
Em A D G
I used to believe if you were good you'd go to heaven when you died

D G A
If I could turn the clocks back to simple days
D G
When I felt young and life was fun
A
I know I'll never feel the same
