[Intro]
| D | D | D | G

[Verse]
D G D G
I don't need to be sitting on the roof of a high rise looking at the city below
D G D G
I don't need to be sitting on the beach watching that sun sink in the Gulf of Mexico
A D G
If I climb to the top of a Colorado mountain I could see forever from there
E A
But I don't have to go anywhere

[Chorus]
D G
I've got a million dollar view right here in my living room
A D
In this little tin roof house, even with the shades pulled down and the lights turned out
G A D F#m G
I don't need to go to some ex- otic place to see the kind of thing that takes my breath away
A D
No all I gotta do is look at you and I've got a million dollar view

[Instrumental]
| D | G | G

[Verse]
D G D G
When I see you laying there in that sexy night gown it burns me down deep in my soul
D G D G
You're a living work of art a site that would inspire the likes of Michelangelo
A D G
If I took a telescope and pointed it to heaven, I wouldn't find nothing up there
E A
That com- pares to what I've got right here

[Chorus]

| D | G | G | A | A | D | D

[Verse]
G A D F#m G
I don't need to go to some ex- otic place to see the kind of thing that takes my breath away
A D
No all I gotta do is look at you, you know the truth is I don't know if a million would get it
G D G D
You're my million dollar view, yeah, just looking at you, you're my million dollar view
