Four years of hard work!

I figured out most of the cords by ear; could use some tweaking by a more seasoned
player and would definitely be appreciated!

Standard tuning, Capo on 1st fret
you can figure the strum pattern while playing with the song; C cord can be played
with/without the middle finger. Sounds like
they play without the middle note during verses, then hold it down approaching the
chorus and at end of chorus. Play around
with it and decide which is easier for you or what sounds best.
