In late 1972, American blues rock multi-instrumentalist Edgar Winter brought together Dan Hartman, Ronnie Montrose, and Chuck Ruff to form the Edgar Winter Group, the legendary band that created such classic rock hits as the number one "Frankenstein" and the ever popular "Free Ride". [Verse 1]
Em D C G
I tried to love her but she changes everyday

Wouldn't be much fun if she was any other way

One day she's warm.. next day she's cold
Am G C D Dsus2 D
One day she's young and then the next day she's old

[Chorus 1]
G D C G
So round and round and round she goes
C G Am D
And where she stops.. nobody knows
G D C G
Love is the feelin' that grows and grows
C G Am G C
And where it stops.. nobody knows

[Verse 2]
Em D C G
She tries to understand the things that I do
Am G C D Dsus2 D
Without ever thinking what she puts me though
Em D C G
I'll never be the thing she wants me to be
Am G C D Dsus2 D
Until she loves enough to set me free

[Chorus 2]
G D C G
So round and round and round I go
C G Am D
And where I stop.. I don't know
G D C G
Love is the feelin' that grows and grows
C G Am G C
And where it stops.. nobody knows

[Verse 3]
Em D C G
Our life is short.. to be so long
Am G C D
Our minds are weak.. to be so strong
Em D C G
Alone together.. we come and go
Am G C D
But where we're goin'.. I don't know...

[Chorus 3]
G D C G
Round and round and round we go
C G Am D
And where we'll stop.. I don't know
G D C G
Love is the feelin' that grows and grows
C G Am G C
And where it stops.. nobody knows

[Chorus 4]
G D C G
Round and round and round it goes
C G Am D
And where she stops.. nobody knows
G D C G
(Now) love is the feelin' that grows and grows
C G Am G C G C G
And where it stops.. nobody knows.. nobody knows..
